Chernigov Ukraine

Chernigov is only 100 miles north of Kiev and, like in many Ukrianian cities you can see lots of pretty women in the streets. Not only because they walk instead of driving but also becasue Ukriainian women tend pay more attention to how they look and what they wear.

There are not many local marriage agencies in Chernigov and no reliable agency that I know of. There are at least two Anastasia affiliates and not much else. There was a Kiev Connections branch in Chernigov but they closed in 2006. Speaking of Kiev Connections, I highly recommend it as is an honest agency run by an American who actually lives in Kiev. He also has a branch in Kirovograd so if you are after a small town girl you may want to check Kirovograd Ukrainian Women website.
