There are not many local marriage agencies in Chernigov and no reliable agency that I know of. There are at least two Anastasia affiliates and not much else. There was a Kiev Connections branch in Chernigov but they closed in 2006. Speaking of Kiev Connections, I highly recommend it as is an honest agency run by an American who actually lives in Kiev. He also has a branch in Kirovograd so if you are after a small town girl you may want to check Kirovograd Ukrainian Women website.

1. You should know that Russian language is among the most difficult languages of the world, so you need to work constantly and persistently to master it.
